Return & Refund Policy

All Over the Top products are made to order — each item is printed specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we handle returns and refunds differently than a traditional retail store.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong design/size, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't need to ship the item back.

Sizing Issues

We want you to love your shirt. If the fit isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you on a replacement in the correct size on a case-by-case basis. Please check our size guide before ordering to help get the right fit the first time.

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse (items are custom-printed and cannot be restocked or resold)
  • Orders placed with the wrong size when the size guide was available
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 14 days. We'll file a claim and either reship your order or issue a refund.

If your tracking has not updated for 20+ business days (international) or 10+ business days (domestic US), contact us and we'll reship or refund.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
